Magic City


Welcome to Magic City Since opening it's doors in September 2003, Magic City has provided for Camberwell, a restaurant venue that offers an alternative dining experience. Our modern Australian cuisine is designed to provide patrons with a variety of tastes with a careful combination of authentic ingredients and cooking styles from the East and West. Our Kitchen is headed up by Adrian Cavalieri who joined us in August this year. Adrian brings with him experience from Russia, Europe and Asia and we look forward to seeing his influence on our menus. We hope you are as excited as we are. We have already changed our lunch menu and received much positive comment from our patrons. There will be subtle changes to our dinner and bar menu and a new breakfast menu in September. We have also attracted a new restaurant manager, Richard Lo Nigro, who has been with us for 2 months. He has created an exciting wine list to inspire you, complemented with great service from our staff. New management of Magic City took effect in February 2009 and the new owner is focused on revitalising the restaurant and to reinstate it as one of the great dining institutions in Camberwell.

Our Wine and Dine Events On occasions, Magic City will team up with a vineyard and give them the opportunity to put their best wines forward. For each function, a special menu is created and the selected vineyard's WineMaker will expertly match their wines to each course. You get to eat and drink beautifully matched meals as well as learn about the history of the vineyard as well as each wine that you drink. Bookings are limited, so make sure you secure your table.
